Boston University’s Wheelock College of Education & Human Development located at 2 Silber Way has a variety of interior renovation projects, in varying degrees, spanning all 7 floors of the building. Projects include major “refresh” of all building finishes, minor construction in select classrooms, collaboration space and offices, and new furnishings in select high profile areas. KSID LLC will create a comprehensive Contract Document Set including all the “projects” into this one set for General Contractor bidding. Follow through of Contract Administration through a phased construction schedule approach is included.
