Custom Metal Manufacturing was growing rapidly and required more fabrication space at their facility. KSID reviewed programmatic and spatial needs of CMM’s administration, sales division, and staff training space. From the programming exercise, KSID designed an addition for the administrative / sales division, advising manufacturing to expand within their existing footprint. The addition consisted of offices, reception, staff and client meeting areas, and training space for employees.
