A world-renowned prosthodontist purchased a three-story dental office building in Wayland and wanted a much more modern feel than existed. KSID was up for the task. The building was completely renovated down to the foundation and in its place is a facility that will make you look forward to visiting the dentist. The clinic is on the second floor with six operatories that are open to a curved wood ceiling. Natural light abounds not only with windows but a custom-sized skylight in the clinic. There is a large lab and steri, pano room, doctor’s office and bathrooms. The third floor features a large break room for staff with lounge area and a small balcony off the back of the building. The first floor is a teaching space where Dr. Ortiz presents and hosts aspiring and practicing dentists from across the globe.
