This pediatric dental practice required repair and renovation of a dilapidated masonry, steel, and wood-framed building. The space was transformed to include waiting, reception, sterilization, lab spaces, and patient treatment rooms —including a sibling room and sensitive patient rooms.
In order to make this space accessible, the entire practice reversed orientation, requiring the design and construction of an entirely new façade.
